versus server

Before I start, I would like to say hello to you all, and what a great job you have done with this site.
I have rented myself a l4d2 server and would like like it to run as a dedicated versus server, but I cannot get it to work, I have noticed you have a versus server running, could you please tell me how you have done it?.
here is the server.cfg I have at the moment

and you have to have an auto config that has the commands to search
for your server (or type them in console before creating a lobby) if you need help
with that Id be more then happy to help as well
but I need mok online because I a few files from reinstalling windows lol

I tried your sourcemod.cfg and boy is it hard lol.

Also remember you should have 2 commands ready (autoexec.cfg or typed into console) before creating a lobby!
